The Choir

Lisbon Community Choir (LCC) is an English speaking choir founded by Rosie Brown in November 2017, which aims to bring together singers from all over the world, with and without singing experience, to celebrate the magic of music and interculturalism!

Our repertoire is varied, including pieces from several genres, like rock, pop, jazz and even classical music, from well-known songwriters such as Michael Jackson, Bonnie Tyler, Toto, among many others.

Rehearsals take place every week, on Mondays, at Mercado de Culturas, from 8p.m. to 10:00 p.m. and we have some concerts throughout the year. In 2018, we participated in the Lisbon Summer Choirs Festival, which hosted national and international choirs. We also participated in OnStage festival in 2019 and, most recently, in World Choral Expo, Sep 2022.

We are a very young group,

full of enthusiasm and eager to grow!
